do your squats. Best with weights. You can start off by doing squats with your own bodyweight. Do briskwalking for 45 minutes to an hour for 4 to 5 days a week. main thing moderate your eating too. Else it is near to impossible to see results if your calorie intake is more than your calorie burnt.

running is good you should try to run at least 1 to2 times a day like in the morning and before dinner. squats and lunges help allot in the rear end department.

Any excercise the uses the large muscles in your legs and **** is good. Cycling and running are you best options. You need to keep your heart rate at about 70% of maximum for over 20 minutes in order to burn the fat you are accumulating. Generally speaking, you max heart rate is 220 minus your age. If you can keep a schedule of 30 minutes or so a day, at least 5 days a week, with 20 minutes of that in the ‘fat burning zone’, you’ll start to drop the pounds - BUT ONLY IF YOU CONTROL YOUR DIET AS WELL.

It’s a simple law of physics, if you eat more calories than you burn, you WILL gain weight no matter how much exercising you do.

Eat a balanced diet, and exercise daily. You’ll figure it out.

consistant walking is the quickest way to loose weight..and do some lunges for the **** area..it should tighten it..to do a proper lunge your knee shouldnt touch the ground all the way but should come about a inch away from it..and the forward leg, the knee shouldnt go past the foot..it should stay 90 degrees..uhm..you can also do some ‘jumps’ (not sure the name) but you have your legs a little more than shoulder width apart and bend down as if you were sitting in a chair and then jump..do that about 20 times..if you do it right it should burn..OH KEY THING! do not stop anything when you feel the burn..its when you feel the burn that your actually working your muscles or burning the fat into muscles..:] good luck!

I use some things to zap my cellulite called cell u loss, body buffing scrub and the body contouring cream. I get them from, the products really work and the results you get are amazing. I have used them now fro the last three months and I have lost ninety percent of my cellulite. The site is run by a nutritional coach who knows what can work best for you. I hope this helps.

First try dieting and doing lots of cardio a few times a week. If that doesn’t work use this cream to get rid of it

Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info.
