If anyone here knows any daily exercises that could be done to reduce cellulite in the butt/thigh area, let me know.

Also, if one were to exercise and perhaps jog daily, about how long would it take to start seeing results?
Seriously, I really need answers here!

Cellulite is fat poking through the fascia of the skin, and no amount of spot reducing exercises (or creams for that matter) will fix it. You can however, try to lose weight and it will most likely go away because it’s just fat that’s not settled in the right place. If you jogged daily and did other exercises, you could probably see results in a month or two if you lost around 10 lbs. Good luck!

Cellulite has NOTHING to do with “being fat.” I’ve had cellulite since I was 18 and weighed under 100 pounds. It is a condition that is primarily hereditary and there is, unfortunately for you and for me, very little that can be done about it. Cellulite is a connective tissue issue. Again, it has nothing to do with being overweight. Don’t listen to anybody on here that spouts off about “lose weight,” etc. These people don’t have a clue what they are talking about.
