Cellulite Removal Question :


I am 14 years old and I have a lot of cellulite on my left thigh. I am not even close to being overweight, but I still have that cellulite. What are some ways to get rid of it like exercises or something. Also it is only on the left thigh, not the right.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it are appreciated. Thanks! 10 points for best answer!!! (:

    Most girls and woman have it somewhere on there body
    fat or thin
    try coca butter it reduces the appearance of it
    but nothing could get rid of it

    I’m 19 and I’ve had celulite for about 3 years now… there is no way to get rid of it im afraid.
    But everyone has it so dont worry..
    When you moisturise just massage the area a bit apparently that flattens it down slightly but I dont know…

    You have to:
    - avoid fast food and sodas
    - massage your problem areas
    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
    - use a contrast shower
    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

    Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

    exercise is a good and effective way to get the cellulite off. light aerobics could be very helpful. also, the article i found in discusses the types of exercise that you can do to remove the cellulite. good luck!

    exercise, change your diet, see a doctor.

    go jogging every night and then do a couple short sprints 2 times a week or more

    Do you play soccer? Because I’m in the same boat. I have a little bit of cellulite on my right thigh and a lot more on my left. Probably because I kick with my right leg? Who knows. But I’m athletic and work out and still have it. I even had it when I was 105 lbs and I’m 5′6″! I weigh 125lbs now because I was having eating problems. But either way, it’s genetic and really nothing you can do about it. Pretty much all women have it. Lighting has a big effect.

    To get rid of the cellulite:

    Dry skin body brushing
    Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
    Basic leg exercises
    Cellulite massage
    Cut out preservatives from your diet where possible
