coffee can be good for cellulite as it penetrates the skin and boosts blood flow.
i think some people just get the coffee beans and sort of exfoliate their legs with it.

Some people think that the amount of cellulite a person has is genetic-so even thin people can have some. There are a ton of products out there that are overpriced crap. I really think the best thing to do is to be toned, and to just have self-confidence and not worry about it. The only treatment I’ve ever heard of actually working is something called mesotherapy, but apparently it’s insanely expensive and painful and only lasts for a short period of time.

There are 2 different products I would recommend. The first if Cellu-Shape from Mary Kay.Visible results overnight.Tightens and firms cellulite areas.I know-I used it and overnight you could see the difference. The second-Arbonne Vanish. This product is safe and natural. Results take a little longer. The cellushape set goes for $55 and the vanish goes for $85 set. Both work.

Hey, good question.
Most people who have cellulite aren’t even overweight believe it or not. Actually super models have it so don’t feel bad.
There are quite a few ways to get rid of cellulite. The best is to simply exercise but there is a bit of a trick. You will want to use weight exercises where you’ll actually build the muscles beneath the surface of skin where the cellulite has attacked you. This has the same effect of flexing a muscle where you can see the skin tighten up around you.
Another way is to find a good detoxifying system. One that’s really good is the Isagenix system. I’ve used it and it works like a charm. What this does is to release the fat cells which are actually working to protect you by surrounding the toxins that are in your body. Get rid of the toxins and they no longer have a job to do, so they simply flush away from your system.
Deep tissue massage as well will do wonders for you to get rid of cellulite. This helps again release the fat within the bands of skin where cellulite occurs, breaking it up and letting it flush out of your system.
There aren’t too many products that actually work to be honest. Probably the best is Revitol, and it’s not all that expensive. Coffee ground wraps seem to help as a natural stimulant.
Your best bet then, good diet without a lot of toxic transfats in your system, a good detoxifying program such as Isagenix, and a work out regime that includes weight training as well as cardio, but focus on the weight training. Drink a ton of water to flush it all out and you should start to see some results, not overnight, but within a few weeks to a month or so.
Just maintain after that in order to keep it all off.
Good luck and I hope this helped.
