GOODBYE RAZOR HELLO LASER!”
So, it seems like a great offer, and I’d really like to take it up. However, I’m afraid that this may be just a scam or something I should be watching out for. You know, I don’t want to end up as one of those people you see on Oprah crying about what the fake or inexperienced surgeon did to their skin and body.
What do you guys think? Should I do it?
Also has anyone has mesotherapy or endermologie for cellulite.
Just to let people know, I’m a healthy weight and eat healthily, but I have areas of concern that even intensive exercise won’t shift.
Thank you.

Also, if one were to exercise and perhaps jog daily, about how long would it take to start seeing results?
Seriously, I really need answers here!
Could someone clear this up for me as I need to know so that I can find a cream to reduce the visible appearance!
Thanks tons!
btw, she does not have fatty foods or any red meats in her diets. she only eats vegatables, fruits, pastas and white meat.
sorry for all the typos.
My friend has been skinny throughout all of her life, and I know this because we’ve been next-door neighbors since we were 2.
If you dont know what cellulite looks like,
its like little dimples, but i have it in my thighs.
Hellppp me please!
I work 12 hour days sitting at a computer 5 days a week. I’m pretty exhausted when I get home, so I’ve had a hard time being motivated to workout.
I’m about 20 lbs overweight, I know, but I was wondering if there were any simple exercises that target the thigh area, specifically to tone and flatten that cellulite. I want to wear my bikini confidently–not covered by a pair of long shorts…
Any suggestions? Advice? Help?
My stretch marks appear behind my thighs, near my butt, and on the top, front part of my thighs. They aren’t very obvious, but it’s visible when I wear a bikini.
I’ve tried using Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite for about a month, but I stopped because I didn’t really see any difference, and because I misplaced it. ![]()
So, are there any proven methods you use to reduce cellulite? Something natural, for example, oats or the like. Or a massage technique perhaps? Personal experience would be highly valued. Thank you very much!
I’m 5′6″ and I weigh 121.5 pounds. I’m 18 years old, and I’m still in college.
My waistline is 28.5″ and my hips measure 33.5″, in case it helps.

Edit: It’s actually kinda lumpy where there are stretch marks on my behind. :O
So what do men think of woman who have cellulite but are at a normal wieght?
IS it unattractive?
Does becoming so lean and muscular get rid of cellulite?
Example:

But I have cellulite on my thighs and **** that is quite gross looking! How to get rid of it? I’ve heard that massaging it works — is this true?
Thanks!
I’ve always been in good shape, I eat well, but now I have this ugly cellulite and can’t get it to go away.
I walk, ride my bike, work out on my Gazelle, even do some squats and lunges, but nothing! I’ve even resorted to using a coffee grounds and baby oil scrub… this reduces the size (yes, it really works) but they don’t go away. I’m tired of having to wear knee length shorts to hide my thighs and worrying about sitting in a chair because the pressure of my legs on the chair makes the cellulite more noticable.
I’m not a large person, 5′2″ and 128 pounds, so it’s not because I’m “fat” it’s just those damn bumps!
Is there anything else I should do?
Should I be working out more and trying to burn more calories? Is there a specific exercise that you could suggest to target the problem?
Any suggestions would be a blessing!
I do exercise and use yoga.
also something that doesn’t coast a lot of money.
But what i want to know is, what the hell is calories? is it same as fats? does calories contributes towards cellulite? what type of food to be taken and not to be taken? what is the average amount of calories required per person around the age of 18?
please help me, i have really ugly cellulite around my thigh area and my abs. Calories is what i suspected.
Incidentally, I’ve tried cellulite creams, but most are too expensive for me to use on a daily/nightly basis. I’ve noticed that caffeine and seaweed are frequent ingredients in cellulite creams, however. Are there any home remedies involving caffeine that might help?
Any one that have had real results to answer this would be FAB!!!
